Where are you located?

We are on the bottom floor of the 1515 Flats apartment complex on the corner of Vrain & Colfax. Our address is 4635 W. Colfax Ave

Do you offer parking?

Yes, we have lots of parking! Our customers have full access to the entire ground floor of the 1515 Flats retail parking. Street parking is also free and plentiful, including right in front of Duality and all side streets. Additionally, the parking lot across the street (south east corner of Vrain and Colfax) is also available to Duality students.

Do you have an App?

Yes! We have our very own Duality app. Download the Duality app on IOS or Droid and login with your email and password that you used to create your account on our website. The app will be the easiest way to book classes, purchase credits and book guests.

What if I’ve never taken a group fitness class?

We’ve all been there at some point and know it can be intimidating! We require new students to arrive 15 minutes early for your first class. We’ll walk you through all the details and help you feel totally comfortable with the workout, equipment, and instructor. Each and every student at Duality is an integral part of our community – we value you and your success and promise to make you feel right at home.

To ensure the very best experience for you, new students will not be admitted to the studio once class has begun.

What do I need for each class?

We have four (4) different formats at Duality, each requiring slightly different things. Yoga mats and water are available for purchase/rental at the studio if needed.

  • Circuit – tennis shoes, water bottle, towel

  • ResCon Heated Bootcamp – yoga mat, water bottle, towel

  • Yoga – yoga mat, water bottle, towel

How do I sign up for class?

First, ensure that you have credits or an active membership in your account. If you do not have credits, click Buy Credits to purchase. Once you have credits, click Book Now to browse the various class times. We have classes every hour starting at 5 AM and ending at 7:30 PM – giving you lots of chances to sweat.

Do you have showers?

Yes, our showers are open and ready for you – please bring your own towel. We have various amenities and a dedicated post-shower area to get ready for the day.

What other items do you have for purchase?

We have a great selection of drinks for your to grab. If you are looking for any food, coffee, or libations, please visit our sister business, Side Pony, directly next to Duality.

Can I reserve a spot for a guest?

Yes! In fact, you can reserve a guest directly from the Duality APP. Members have free guest passes that renew every month and package holders can use one of their credits to reserve a guest. With just a couple of clicks, you and your buddy will be sweating together.

Can I cancel out of class?

Life happens and yes, you can cancel yourself out of class. We require that you take yourself out of class six hours (M-F) or twelve hours (Sat/Sun) or more prior to the start of class to avoid the late cancel fee.

What is your waitlist policy?

We keep our waitlist capped at 5 people to give all waitlisters the best chance to make it into class. If you put yourself on the waitlist, act as if you are attending class (because you most likely will be!) If you cannot make the class, it is your responsibility to remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid a late cancel/no-show charge.

Do you offer any discounts for certain groups?

Yes, we do offer private group class discounts, healthcare worker discounts and couples/buddy membership discounts. Send us an email info@dualityfit.com and we can set this up for you.
