Who can benefit from EMS Personal Training?
EMS Personal Training is suitable for
Yes, EMS Personal Training is safe when done under the supervision of a certified professional. The electrical impulses are low-intensity and tailored to each individual's fitness level. It’s non-invasive and has been used for decades in physical therapy and sports rehabilitation.
During an EMS session, you wear a special suit or vest with electrodes that deliver electrical impulses to your muscles. These impulses mimic the natural signals your brain sends to muscles, activating them more deeply and intensively. This allows you to work out multiple muscle groups simultaneously and achieve a highly effective, full-body workout in just 20 minutes.
EMS Personal Training uses electrical muscle stimulation technology to activate your muscles through low-frequency electrical impulses. It’s a highly efficient workout method that combines traditional exercises with EMS technology, helping you achieve better results in less time.
