Part of our Annual Summer Series, Rooftop Mat Pilates is a Duality must-attend event. Grab your friends, partners, and fellow Pilates lovers for a fun sweat above the city.
This complimentary community class invites you to move, stretch, and strengthen under the open sky while soaking up the sunshine, sharing a few laughs, and connecting with fellow Duality members and coaches.
A staple of our Annual Summer Series, Rooftop Yoga has gradually become Denver's favorite yoga event and happy hour. Lead by the most beloved yoga instructors and coaches in the city, you'll enjoy a full body, power vinyasa flow with sunset views of the Denver, CO skyline. Rooftop yoga is also free, so bring your favorite peeps along for a good stretch and a great opportunity to connect with others in the Duality community.
You may have noticed, there are a lot of pups (and puppies) around the Duality studio and at our events! A big part of what we do, and how we support our community, is through caring for, fostering, and donating to support our furry friends at A Friend of Jack - our preferred charity organization.
